申请时间: Applications are considered on a rolling basis 和一个warded on a first come, first served basis. Awards are for future expenses only and funding awards must be approved prior to departure. This award is intended to offset or cover conference travel expenses incurred by the student. The student must arrange your own travel prior 到 conference, and the travel award reimburses you or pays once conference expenses have been incurred.

Some funding sources may be more restrictive of allowable expenses, so it is important to read instructions carefully. Please note that the following apply to all funding sources:

- HTH全站app will not reimburse alcohol purchases.

What is expected of Travel Award recipients and their mentors?
学生应:
- Use awarded funds only as indicated in the proposed budget.

Traveling to one conference with multiple students?
Please have each student individually submit their funding request using the 申请表. You may wish to work with the students to standardize some text 到 prompts.
